That number will give you the cost per acquisition. You will just have to optimize your strategy and increase your profit margins then.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, let&#8217;s deduct the total cost of extra orders from total revenue of those orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Your revenue from <strong>200<\/strong> customers totals to<strong> $3000<\/strong> including the <strong>extra 100 orders.<\/strong> Revenue from an individual customer would be<strong> 3000\/200 = $15.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">So, total revenue from your newly acquired 100 orders would be<strong> 15\u00ed\u2014100 = $1500<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Profit =<strong><em> Total revenue \u2013 Total Cost<\/em> = 1500 \u2013 1000 = $500<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That&#8217;s how you can calculate ROI on your marketing efforts and understand the success &amp; failure of your pricing strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion:<\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Numbers mean many things &amp; can show you the right path.
